Chef Thomas is a genius with chocolate, and in this class he will share all of his secrets. Students will learn how chocolate is made, how to temper it, and how to read food labels to identify the quality level. Chef Thomas will demo all three recipes and assist students with their own. Students will take home an assortment of truffles.
