Chef Thomas is a genius with chocolate, and in this class he will share all of his secrets. Students will learn how chocolate is made, how to temper it, and how to read food labels to identify the quality level. Working in groups of two, students will make Dark Chocolate Kisses, and one of the following molded truffles: Pomegranate Molasses & Raspberry White Chocolate Truffles, or Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Caramelo Truffles. Chef Thomas will demo all three truffles and assist students with their own. Students will take home an assortment of truffles.
