Join Chef Joanne and Smokemaster Jeremy for a specialized, hands-on class detailing how to grill the perfect pizza on your outdoor ceramic cooker. You’ll explore which kind of dough works best and learn how to the achieve the crispiest, best tasting pizza with the freshest ingredients. No more soggy, sticky, or burned crusts.
They will walk through the best grill/oven set-up and required steps to ensure that your pizza comes out perfect every time. During class you will make sauces as well as dough. As a bonus, you will be treated to a take-home ball of prepared dough so you can practice and reinforce your newfound skills. Here’s the line-up:

• Banana Boats, a take-off of the fire side classic, S’mores
