You’ll learn to get the most out of your Big Green Egg or Kamado Joe in this class led by our resident grillmaster and loaded with information on how to properly use and maintain your Big Green Egg or Kamado Joe. And, of course, we will sample perfectly prepared food from our ceramic Eggs and Joes – you get the recipes to try at home!
