Do oil and water mix? Can you create pearls out of fruit? What’s makes a marshmallow squishy? Did you know mold can be edible? Chef Elizabeth will guide the students in an awe-inspiring food journey explaining the hows and whys of the things we eat. In this exciting camp, our teen chefs will learn the science behind these fascinating culinary techniques to create desserts, garnishes, cheese, and other fun dishes. Their new skills are guaranteed to wow any crowd!

• Today you will be in The Cook’s Warehouse’s “Kitchen Stadium”. Using recipes and techniques learned earlier in the week, each team will create their own menu, mixing and matching recipes to present to guest judges. The members of the winning team will be presented with ‘foodie’ gift bags.
