Traditional Mexican food is simple and delicious, but we typically enjoy it here in the states as the fusion cuisine known as “Tex-Mex.” Chef Kyle would argue that, although the Southwest is geographically closer to the border, the food culture of the Southeast makes for an even better marriage with the rustic, comforting cuisine of the Mexican home kitchen. In this class, Mexico and Georgia will meet to harmoniously create a satisfying and exciting meal that your friends and family are sure to enjoy!
