‘Tis the season for cookies…and sharing! In this class, our students will divide up into teams, each of which will create a different selection of cookies. At the end of class, our guests will get to exchange their cookies so everyone goes home with a cheerful assortment of holiday cookie bites. (Each team makes three kinds of cookies, but the cookies use many similar techniques and guests will receive recipes for all the cookies.)
