One of our favorite holiday baking projects is making the Bûche de Noël, more commonly known in the States as a “Yule Log.” Chef Morgan will teach you how to build the perfect rolled cake, along with classic buttercream and the cutest meringue mushrooms. After the class you will get to take home your masterpiece to share with family and friends.
