Atlantans take their brunch seriously and this class is no exception. From sweet to savory, we have all the bases covered. You’ll enjoy a chocolate waffle with a surprising ingredient that adds depth and leaves your Eggos in the dust. We’ll also take the difficulty out of hollandaise, using your blender to make a rich and delicious sauce for our favorite crab cake Benedict. Add in some bacon, greens, and strawberries and you’ve got yourself a very satisfying brunch!
