Don’t settle for the tried and true this holiday season; impress your family and friends with delicious new and interesting wine and holiday fare. Healthy Chef Partyologist Nancy Waldeck and Baker Extraordinaire Crystal Leach will serve up a trio of sparklers to get the party started. We’ll pair them with creamy salmon caper dip and easy handmade pita chips. Next up is a dried cranberry and orange salad with goat cheese and pecans accompanied by the perfect lighter reds. We’ll roll out the big reds accompanied by mushroom stuffed pork tenderloin on a bed of herbed farro, along with sweet potato biscuits. Wrapping up the evening, a toast with a luscious dessert wine and pumpkin roll filled with ginger cream.
