Grab your partner or a friend and enjoy an evening of rich red wine and an enticing dinner. For Valentines, Healthy Chef Partyologist Nancy Waldeck will treat you to an indulgent menu that will be easy to eat AND make when you get home.
We’ll start with a trio of appetizers and California reds to taste and compare. Enjoy a starter of Sweet Potato Ravioli with Balsamic Mushrooms with a pair of Pinot Noirs. Move to the main course, an Italian Basil Pork Loin with Risotto and Herbed Veggies accompanied a Trio of Italian Reds and end with a deep, dark chocolate dessert paired with sweet sparkling wine.
