This action-packed class will focus on the foundations of good cooking. Students will develop their palates as they learn the basics of roasting, sauteing, braising, stirring, and grilling. Each day we’ll focus on a different cooking method/skill and allow students to see how heat and seasoning can change the food they consume. This class is designed for ages 12 & up and encourages the development of lifelong eaters and burgeoning chefs.
