Do oil and water mix? Can you create pearls out of fruit? What’s makes a marshmallow squishy? Did you know mold can be edible? Chef Elizabeth will guide the students in an awe-inspiring food journey explaining the hows and whys of the things we eat. In this exciting camp, our teen chefs will learn the science behind these fascinating culinary techniques to create desserts, garnishes, cheese, and other fun dishes. Their new skills are guaranteed to wow any crowd!
• You will prepare a delicious meal for your invited guests (limit 2 please) from all of your favorite dishes you made this week. And all campers will go home with cooking tools, courtesy of our sponsors!
