Chef Elizabeth will guide the students in an awe-inspiring food journey explaining the hows and whys of the things we eat. In this exciting camp, our teen chefs will learn the science behind these fascinating culinary techniques to create desserts, garnishes, cheese, and other fun dishes. Their new skills are guaranteed to wow any crowd!
