If your teen loves to bake, then our five day Bakeshop! is the perfect way to expand their culinary skills.This intensive baking camp will open up the world of pie crusts, yeast breads, laminated doughs, and choux pastry to your pastry chef in training. Your chef will cover all of the fundamentals, including how to properly measure and weigh ingredients, follow the recipes, and adapt when necessary. Your teen will build on their skills throughout the week to create an array of sweet and savory favorites. On Friday, the junior chefs will set up their very own bakery and serve a selection of curated treats to the lucky guests of their choosing.
