The Southeast is more than just the land of Coca Cola and Bar-B-Que, although those are both important elements in the local eats. Food Historian Chef Christy delves into the history of delicacies such as Fried Green Tomatoes, Shrimp and Grits, and even Boiled Peanuts that all make the area’s cuisine distinctive and cherished.
