Come and learn the entire pizza making process with Cortlandt Minnich, founder of the Pizza-Porta. Cortlandt has years of pizza-perfecting under his belt, and he understands all of the many details that can make or break a pizza crust. In this class he will share all of his secrets with you! You’ll start from the very beginning (finding the right flour) and finish by enjoying hot, delicious pizza off of the Big Green Egg and Kamado Joe.
