Class topics also include selecting the correct knife for the task at hand, caring properly for your knives, and choosing cutting boards that are most suitable for your personal needs. We have plenty of knives on hand for you to use in class. If you prefer to gain practice with your own knives, please bring both a chef’s knife and a paring knife. A light dinner will be served using the freshly chopped items from class.
