Everyone loves food that tastes good, but we are naturally drawn to foods that also look tasty, too. That’s because we eat with our eyes first! There are so many colors found in foods, and Chef Kenna will teach your children how these colors provide the nutrition and energy our bodies need and crave. Young chefs will create fresh, delicious, and vibrant dishes with a focus on a different color each day. Even better, your little chef may find a new favorite fruit or vegetable.
