A Taste of African Heritage is a nutritional cooking program designed to bring back the healthy “old ways” of eating. This program combines cultural history, nutrition, cooking and tastings to reconnect students to a long lineage of healthy eating and to empower them with knowledge, confidence, and skills to prepare healthy heritage meals at home.
